RUFI'S CACAO
About Rufi’s Cacao
Rufi’s Cacao is a mom-and-daughter small business primarily focused on crafting Oaxacan chocolate in small batches.
For generations, Oaxacan chocolate has been a cherished family memory, offering the warmth and comfort of home. Rufi’s family wishes to share this experience with the community, recreating the same sense of tradition and togetherness. Made from scratch, starting with the cacao bean, and using only four natural ingredients, this ancestral recipe contains no additives, preservatives, and undergoes minimal processing.
Rufi is dedicated to preserving these traditional recipes, passing them down to future generations, and envisions the business as a way to support both their family in Oaxaca and their local family.
Sabor & cultura
Workshops
Rufi’s Cacao is about family, community, and home. Homemade food is an expression of love and care to our family and community.
We believe our foods are a reflection of the past, our lives, our histories, and our ancestors. Our cultural foods and traditions connects those who have left home with a sense of nostalgia.
Whether you've grown up with these traditions, are rediscovering them, or are new to them, we strive to offer a local experience of our culture through our Oaxacan chocolate and specialties. We invite you to experience, rediscover, and savor the joy of making and enjoying chocolate and our specialties with us.
